If you are not ready to secure a production slot today, you can purchase the standalone engineering and portable IP. Your production timeline will be subject to floor availability once you decide to move forward.

Supplying Your Own Materials?
If you already have your bulk production materials on hand, we will adjust your chosen package to remove our commercial sourcing services. In its place, a $500 Material Intake & Testing Fee applies. This covers our team physically inspecting your rolls for flaws, conducting shrink or stress tests to calibrate the CAD pattern, and adjusting our machine tensions for your specific textiles and hardware.
Production Minimums & Costing: Activating our Los Angeles floor for your initial run requires a Minimum Order Value (MOV) of $3,000 per developed item. Your LAUNCH program secures your production slot in our queue. Because we calculate manufacturing costs based on actual labor minutes rather than estimates, your final per-unit pricing is locked in upon completion of your physical time-study.
Scaled Nearshore Bidding: During your initial LA run, we establish your exact labor metrics. Using these proven numbers, our team then secures firm, highly competitive production bids from our vetted nearshore partners for your scaled bulk orders. Bid rounds are included with LAUNCH programs; for other clients they are available as a paid service, quoted per project.
Scope: Package pricing is per product — one style, one pattern set, one tech pack. Additional products are quoted separately. For apparel items, standard sizing and grading are included in package pricing.
Additional Styles: Styles in the same collection (same base fabric, same construction family) can be added at reduced per-style rates — LAUNCH: +$1,240 for the second style, +$1,120 for the third, +$1,040 for each style after that. FOUNDER: +$1,550 for the second style, +$1,400 for the third, +$1,300 for each style after that. LAUNCH tiers are exactly 20% below FOUNDER tiers at every size.
Exclusions: Package pricing does not include grading library setup or non-standard/extended grading, artwork and print development, label and trim send-out management, or material management and storage.
Materials Costing: Package pricing covers engineering, sourcing management, and vendor coordination. Your physical materials are billed at cost, within a materials budget you approve before sourcing begins — no surprise material charges. The fabric deposit is an estimate: once patterns are complete, exact yields are calculated per style, and any additional fabric funds are due in full at that time, before production fabric is ordered, so materials are secured against out-of-stock delays. Deposit funds not spent on development fabric are credited toward the production fabric purchase.
Payment Terms: LAUNCH and FOUNDER package fees are paid in three payments tied to milestones. Payment 1, due at kickoff: 80% of the package fee plus the fabric deposit — engineering and sourcing begin when it is funded, and the production slot is confirmed. Payment 2, due at sample approval: the remaining 20% of the package fee plus 50% of the production balance — full pattern and tech pack files transfer at this payment, and production is scheduled. Payment 3: the remaining 50% of the production balance, due when production is completed. A payment left unpaid for 30 days pauses the program until it is funded.
